These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Your Clinic ("we," "us," "our"), a naturopathic nutritionist practice. By booking a consultation or purchasing a service from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

We offer naturopathic nutritional consultations and health coaching services designed to support clients in achieving better health. All services are provided for a minimum period of one (1) month, and clients must adhere to the agreed schedule for consultations and follow-ups.

2. Consultation and Advice

The information and guidance provided during consultations are intended to support your overall health and well-being but are not a substitute for medical advice. Our services focus on holistic nutrition, lifestyle advice, and natural therapies, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional for medical conditions or emergencies.

3. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, medical history, allergies, and medications. This information is necessary to provide the best possible recommendations.

- You are expected to follow the agreed treatment plan and inform us of any changes in your health or circumstances that may affect your nutritional plan.

- Any dietary or lifestyle changes should be discussed with your medical doctor, particularly if you have an underlying medical condition or are taking medication.

4. Payment and Fees

- All services require advance payment or as per the agreed payment schedule. Payment details will be provided during booking.

- We offer services on a subscription or package basis, with a minimum commitment of one (1) month. Refunds are not available for completed consultations or sessions.

- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the

session.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours may incur a fee or result in loss of

the session.

- Refunds are not provided for unused sessions if you decide to discontinue your program before the minimum one-month commitment is fulfilled. However, we may offer to reschedule sessions at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

- While we take all reasonable care to provide sound and responsible nutritional advice, we cannot guarantee any specific results. Health outcomes may vary from person to person.

- You agree that we are not liable for any adverse effects or consequences, including but not limited to, injuries, illnesses, or conditions that arise from following any dietary, lifestyle, or supplement recommendations made during consultations.

- Your Clinic will not be held liable for any damages (including indirect or consequential losses) arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

- All client information is treated as confidential. We collect and store personal health information to provide services and communicate with you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with data protection regulations.

- We may use anonymized data for research or promotional purposes, but this will never include identifiable personal information without explicit consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

- In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably. Should the matter not be resolved, both parties agree to mediation as a first step in resolving any disagreements.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.

11. Client Agreement and Acknowledgment

Before proceeding with your booking, please carefully read and acknowledge the

following:

 I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions governing the services provided by Your Clinic

 I understand that the services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions and that it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any existing medical concerns.

 I agree to provide accurate and complete information about my health and medical history to ensure that Your Clinic can provide the best possible advice.

 I acknowledge that any dietary or lifestyle changes should be discussed with my healthcare provider, particularly if I have underlying medical conditions or take medication.

 I understand and accept the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which states that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

 I agree to the minimum one-month commitment to the service and acknowledge that refunds are not provided for completed consultations or early discontinuation of the program.
